If your device doesn’t match the description or you simply change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.


📝 Eligibility

  • The device does not match the description
  • The device arrives faulty or not functioning as described
  • You change your mind within 14 days (device must be returned in same condition)

📌 Conditions for a Valid Return

  1. Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the device
  2. Device must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition
  3. All items must be included: box, cable, accessories
  4. Device must be factory reset with Apple ID / Google account removed
  5. Damage caused after delivery voids the return

Examples of damage not covered:

  • Cracked screen or camera lens
  • Bent frame or dents
  • Liquid damage
  • Scratches not originally present

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at admin@rsydneyphones.com.au with your order number
  2. We’ll provide return instructions
  3. Once received, we inspect it within 1–3 business days
  4. Refund is issued to your original payment method

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds issued after successful inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless device is faulty
  • Partial refund may apply if returned with unreported damage
