If your device doesn’t match the description or you simply change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
📝 Eligibility
- The device does not match the description
- The device arrives faulty or not functioning as described
- You change your mind within 14 days (device must be returned in same condition)
📌 Conditions for a Valid Return
- Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the device
- Device must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition
- All items must be included: box, cable, accessories
- Device must be factory reset with Apple ID / Google account removed
- Damage caused after delivery voids the return
Examples of damage not covered:
- Cracked screen or camera lens
- Bent frame or dents
- Liquid damage
- Scratches not originally present
🚚 How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide return instructions
- Once received, we inspect it within 1–3 business days
- Refund is issued to your original payment method

- Refunds issued after successful inspection
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless device is faulty
- Partial refund may apply if returned with unreported damage
